The vessel shall be designed and equipped as ocean going for world-wide trade, carrying Bitumen or Product oil(F.P.>600C) One continuous deck from fore to aft. ;Continuous double skin throughout in cargo area ;Double bottom in the cargo area ；Raked stem with bulbous bow ；Machinery space located aft.
