The Vessel be SWATH (small water area twin hull). Vessel be designed and constructed with two propellers with controllable pitch, driven by tow diesel engines, with two rudders, thrusters forward. The vessel sails in the gulf of Bohai area. This ship shall be built as a traffic vessel, transmitting the workers from shore to offshore. The Vessel to have a single continuous main deck, the upper construction be three floors. The hull be built with steel and aluminum, the under hull such as the twin submergence hull and joining strut hull be of steel, the upper construction be built with aluminum alloy.
